We had a wonderful family holiday in Southern Italy at a beautiful resort near the beach. the location was perfect, with a free shuttle that took us to a bigger beach in torre guaceto. the room was modern and clean, and the service was excellent. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of local dishes to choose from. the resort had great facilities, including a large swimming pool and plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy.
The wifi was only available in hotspots throughout the village, which was a bit inconvenient.

Spent Christmas at a family resort in Southern Italy. the food was impressive, offering typical local dishes at a low price. the location for a winter getaway was great, with the snow-capped mountains contrasting with the beach just a short drive away. Enjoyed visiting nearby towns with amazing architecture. the animation team put on great activities throughout the day for kids and adults.
The room and lobby decorations were outdated and tired. Some of the staff seemed unfriendly, not really making us feel welcome.

Good food, beautiful grounds
During our stay, we enjoyed the tasty and affordable meals served at the restaurant. The chefs did an excellent job of preparing delicious cuisine that catered to different tastes. the picturesque grounds provided us with a refreshing ambiance throughout our romantic escape. We also appreciated that the hotel was placed close to key locations that we could visit during the day.
Our experience was marred by the poor customer service extended to us. The staff members were not friendly, and they seemed to prioritize the needs of Italian tourists over ours.
